1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and personal-care related items), we do not accept returns of used or opened products for health and safety reasons.

A return or refund request may be accepted if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item was never used or opened (sealed packaging)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  3. Description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions by email.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses (unless the return is due to our error).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for returned items lost during transit.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

⏳ Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order — we will do our best, but cannot guarantee changes.
