1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Order processing time is separate from the shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to Canada (and optionally, add USA/International if needed).
Estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout depending on:

Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Errors (Wrong Address)
Customers are responsible for entering a full and correct shipping address.
If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us:

The customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Lost / Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Delivery to the wrong address (if address was entered incorrectly)
However, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
6. Damaged Packages / Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the packaging
We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)
Orders shipped outside of Canada (if international shipping is enabled) may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
